Signing Up with SOCi 

The SOCi training call can be found on the training portal here. Below are instructions for how to log in for the first time. 

1. The first time you log in, go to https://app.meetsoci.com/admin/login 
   
2. Next, click “Forgot password?”
   

3. You will then be prompted to enter your email – which will be your franchisee email, for example: RutkowskiL@hlcmail.com
   

4. Click “Submit”. SOCi will send you an email to reset your password. Click the link in that email to retrieve your new password. That link will bring you to a page that says “Password Retrieval”. Click “Get New Password”. 
   

5. SOCi will generate a unique password for you, but I recommend clicking “Set your own password”. 
   

6. Next you will be prompted to set your new password. 
   

7. Last, use your email and new password to log into your SOCi account. 
   

8. You now have access to SOCi! If you have any other issues, or would like to give a member of your staff access to SOCi, please submit a Marketing Help Desk Ticket and we can help you out.
