Why would you need to reset an eCourse on HLC University?

Users may need to reset an eCourse on HLC University if the course is not playing correctly or if the quiz at the end has not been passed and you wish to view the course from scratch. 

Steps to resetting an eCourse:

1. Log-in to HLC University (http://www.huntingtontraining.com
   
2. On the Training Dashboard click the down arrow next to Launch in the teal box. 
   

3. Click Remove
   
4. Click Okay. You do not need to list a reason. 
   

5. If you do not see the “Remove” option it is because the course was assigned to your account. Please contact the Training Department via the Support Desk if you are unable to remove a course from your account.
